Host a Booth ยท FAQ

Photo booth placement: every question venues ask

The short version: we put a booth in your space for free, guests pay to use it, and you get a share every month. Here is the rest.

01The deal

Nothing. We cover the booth, install, paper, maintenance, and repairs.

You get 10% to 25% of every session, paid on the 1st of each month with a sales report. Higher-traffic spaces earn a bigger share, and we set your exact rate in writing before anything is signed. Estimate your earnings.

12 months. The first 90 days are a trial: if the booth is not working for you, we remove it at no cost.

We take projects as they come, and spots are limited. Apply and we will tell you where you stand.

02The booth

About a 5 x 5 ft corner and one standard outlet. It rolls through a standard door.

Yes. A custom wrap in your colors, and your logo or handle on every strip. You approve the design first.

A real enclosed booth with a curtain and a bench. Prints are dye-sub photo paper, not receipt paper.

Anywhere people wait, gather, or celebrate: campuses, bars and breweries, arcades, malls, hotel lobbies, restaurants, and apartment amenity spaces.

03Running it

No. Guests pay by card or phone at the booth. No cash, no tokens, no training.

We monitor every booth remotely and usually know before you do. We restock in person and fix problems fast, often the same day.

We do. The booth is ours, so the insurance is ours too.

One morning. We roll it in, plug it in, run test strips, and leave.

04Your guests

At NSU, $7.99 for four frames and two printed strips, plus a QR code for the digital copy. Pricing can vary by location.

In the right spot, yes. Guests who tag us get reposted on Instagram, which brings their friends to your venue. See the NSU case study.

05Money and results

Yes. You never pay for the machine, the install, the paper or repairs. Guests pay per session at the booth, and 10% to 25% of every session comes back to you on the 1st of each month.

Every SmileMore booth is monitored remotely and logs each session as it happens. Your monthly report comes from that same data. If something looks off, ask us and we will walk through it line by line.

Because it keeps both sides pointed the same way. We only do well when guests actually use the booth, so we care about the spot, the price and the wrap as much as you do. Rent pays the vendor whether the booth works for you or not.

It grows when guest spending grows. Better placement, longer hours and private event rentals all push it up, and we point out easy wins in your monthly report.

We tell you plainly. If the spot is not working, we can move the booth to a busier area at no cost to you, and the 90-day trial means you can have it removed for free.
