Host a booth / Event Venues

For event venues

An Amenity at Every Single Event

A banquet hall photo booth that lives in your venue full time means every wedding, quince and retirement party gets one without anyone booking it. We bring the enclosed booth, wrap it in your branding and handle all the upkeep. You host it for free and collect a share of what guests spend.

What changes

Every booking ships with a party starter

Your couples and planners already hunt for things that make a night feel bigger. A permanent booth in the hall checks that box before they ask. Guests discover it during cocktail hour, cousins who have not seen each other in years cram onto the bench, and by the last song there are strips tucked into clutches and jacket pockets all over the room.

  • Cocktail hour fills itself. While the couple is off taking portraits, guests have somewhere fun to go besides the bar line.
  • Grandparents join in. A curtain and a bench feel easy for older guests who dodge the dance floor.
  • Quinces and sweet sixteens. Teen friend groups treat it like a mission, running back for another strip after every outfit change.
  • Corporate galas loosen up. Executives in black tie make faces they would never make in a meeting.
  • Site visits get a highlight. When a couple walks the hall on a tour, the booth is right there, lit up and ready.

It becomes a standing feature you can mention in every proposal, with no rental line item on anyone’s invoice.

Your cost

Nothing, ever. Delivery, setup, paper, insurance and each repair come from our side, so the booth adds a feature to your hall without adding a line to your budget.

Your cut

Pick up 10% to 25% of each session, with the exact percentage spelled out in the agreement up front. Money and a full sales report arrive on the 1st monthly.

The safety net

Our 12-month term begins with 90 days for the booth to prove itself. If it is not pulling its weight after that window, we haul it away free of charge.

How it fits

Where it lives between the toasts

Most halls put it in the prefunction area or along a wall near the bar, where guests drift between courses. Set aside roughly 5 x 5 ft of corner space beside an ordinary outlet. Because the cabinet rolls on casters through a regular door, you can tuck it closer to the dance floor for a big wedding and slide it back for a seated luncheon. A banquet hall photo booth that guests pay for themselves means your coordinators never take payments or troubleshoot printers. We keep an eye on it remotely, swap paper before it runs dry, and send a nearby technician when something needs attention, typically within the day. Planning the floor? Check our photo booth dimensions guide.

We will be upfront: no event venue hosts one of our booths yet. The single booth we run today is on a college campus, where the opening month topped 300 paid sessions, with move-in week responsible for a lot of it. Weddings are a different animal, and we would love the first hall in Broward or Palm Beach to show what one can do.

Best spot

Just outside the ballroom doors, where cocktail hour happens. Guests find it before dinner and come back after the cake.

Busiest moment

Right after the first dance, when the whole room is on its feet and nobody is ready to sit back down for salad.

Make it yours

We dress the cabinet in your branding and put the hall’s name at the foot of each strip, so each guest leaves holding an ad for your next booking.

Questions from event venues

Couples can still bring whatever they like. Ours is a permanent fixture guests pay for per session, so it works as a standing amenity rather than a package you have to sell or discount.

Yes. Park it in a side room for a memorial luncheon, then roll it back for Saturday’s reception. It fits through a standard door on casters and only needs an ordinary outlet.

We do. Every booth is monitored remotely, and a local crew normally repairs problems on the same day. Your coordinators stay focused on the timeline instead of chasing paper rolls.

Apply with your capacity, event calendar and floor plan. We look closely at guest volume and space before agreeing to a placement, and we keep our roster small on purpose.
