Host a booth / Hotels

For hotels and resorts

Give the Lobby a Main Character

A hotel photo booth gives guests a reason to stay downstairs: before dinner, after the wedding toast, between conference sessions. We install a real enclosed booth wrapped in your branding, keep it stocked and repaired, and send your share every month. Hosting it costs your property nothing at all.

What changes

The lobby turns into a destination

Most lobbies are places people pass through on the way to somewhere better. Put a glowing, curtained booth beside the lounge and that changes fast. Guests spot the topper from across the lobby, wander over with a drink, and return an hour later with the friends they met at the bar. By breakfast it is the thing people are telling each other about.

  • Wedding blocks. The bridal party squeezes onto the bench in full formalwear at midnight, and the bride’s aunt is next in line.
  • Conference groups. Colleagues who barely spoke all day pile in with lanyards still on, then post the strip to the company chat.
  • Rooftop nights. Sunset regulars grab four frames on their way up, and again on the way down looking slightly less composed.
  • Resort families. Kids drag parents back every evening for a new strip, and the fridge at home gets a week of vacation in squares.
  • Your name travels. Every strip carries the hotel’s name home in a suitcase, which beats a pen from the front desk.

Guests keep the print, scan the QR code for a digital version, and your property rides along on both.

What it costs you

Zero. We cover the cabinet, the install, the paper, every repair and the insurance. Your engineering team never touches it, and nobody at the front desk has to learn a thing.

What you earn

Your property keeps between 10% and 25% of every session, a rate we lock in writing before you sign. Payment lands on the 1st, every month, together with a sales report.

If guests shrug

The 12-month agreement starts with a 90-day trial. Should the numbers disappoint by then, we roll the booth out at no charge and leave the lobby exactly as we found it.

How it fits

Built for lobbies that never close

The best spot for a hotel photo booth is somewhere guests already gather with a drink in hand: a corner of the lobby lounge, the entrance to the rooftop bar, or the prefunction hallway outside your ballroom. Plan on a patch of floor roughly 5 x 5 ft within reach of a standard outlet. The Classic glides through a normal doorway on casters, so moving it for a gala is easy. Guests settle up by card or phone right there, nobody at the desk handles cash, and we watch it remotely around the clock. When paper runs low, we restock it. When something glitches, a local tech usually has it sorted that same day. For more ideas, see our piece on Florida hotel amenities.

Straight answer: we have not placed a booth in a hotel yet. Our live booth sits in a university student center, which is a very different crowd, and its first month cleared 300 paid sessions (move-in week helped a lot). That leaves the first hotel lobby in South Florida with a SmileMore booth wide open, and it could be yours.

Best spot

Between the lobby bar and the front entrance. Every guest walks past twice a day, and the illuminated topper does the inviting for you.

Busiest moment

Saturday nights with a wedding in the ballroom. Expect a line of suits and gowns once the dance floor opens and the open bar does its work.

Make it yours

The cabinet gets dressed in hotel colors with your logo up top, and the property’s name appears on every strip guests carry home to Ohio or Ontario.

Questions from hotels

Yes. Casters let it pass through any standard doorway, so your team can shift it from the lobby to a wedding reception and back. Just keep a standard outlet nearby wherever it lands.

No. Guests handle payment themselves with a tap of a card or phone. We monitor it remotely, restock paper and dispatch a local crew for repairs, so your team just points the way.

We set the guest price with each property during our review, based on your crowd and location. Your percentage of every session is then fixed in writing before anything gets signed.

Tell us about your lobby, bars and event calendar through the application form. We study traffic and floor space before saying yes, because we only run a small number of venues at once.
