Local guide
Making a day of it in Davie
Davie still has its rodeo-town streak. The Bergeron Rodeo Grounds host rodeos and events through the year, and the roads west of University Drive feel more ranch than beach. It is a different side of Broward from the coastal cities.
For a slower afternoon, Flamingo Gardens pairs botanical gardens with a wildlife sanctuary, and Tree Tops Park has trails and a boardwalk through the hammock. Our guide to things to do in Davie has more ideas.
The booth itself sits in the University Center on the NSU campus, so it is busiest when classes are in session and around big campus events. Check NSU visitor parking rules before you drive over.
What a session costs
$7.99 for two strips at our NSU booth, paid by card or phone tap. No cash needed.
What you walk away with
Four poses, two printed strips and a QR code for the digital copy, all in about 90 seconds.
Best time to go
Weekday afternoons are calm. Move-in week and big campus events bring the crowds.
