Walk-in booths in Tampa Bay

Tampa is a gap on the map. As of October 2026, we cannot verify a single public walk-in photo booth in Tampa Bay, and Booth Beacon, the community directory of analog booths, lists none either. You will find plenty of event rental companies, but no booth you can just walk up to.

  • Closest listed booths: Stardust Video and Coffee and Will’s Pub in Orlando, about 90 minutes east. See the Orlando list
  • SmileMore’s live booth: NSU in Davie. Booth details

Where a booth fits in Tampa

Tampa has the crowds a walk-in booth needs. Ybor City’s Seventh Avenue fills up every weekend, Seminole Heights has become the city’s neighborhood for breweries and small bars, and SoHo along South Howard runs late. Armature Works in Tampa Heights and Sparkman Wharf on the Channelside waterfront both draw big mixed crowds to food halls and open-air bars, exactly the kinds of places where people wait, linger and look for something to do together.

Across the bay, St. Petersburg’s Central Avenue is lined with murals, galleries, breweries and bars, and it has the same art-district energy that turned Wynwood into Miami’s booth hub.

Tampa gets about as many photo booth searches as Miami, and right now none of that search traffic leads to a public booth. The first venue to put one in gets to own that. SmileMore booths cost the venue nothing, take tap to pay and print in seconds, and Tampa venues can join our install list today.

What a session costs

Walk-in booths in Florida usually charge $5 to $10 a strip. SmileMore’s NSU booth is $7.99 for two strips, paid by card or tap.

How to spot a real booth

A curtain or enclosure, prints on real photo paper, and no booking needed. A screen that only texts you a file is not a photo booth.

Why the first booth wins

When a city has no booth, the first one becomes the answer to every “photo booth near me” search there. That is real foot traffic.
