Local guide
Palm Beach County runs about 45 miles from Boca Raton to Jupiter, and its nightlife is spread across a handful of downtowns rather than one district. Clematis Street and Rosemary Square anchor West Palm Beach, Atlantic Avenue carries Delray Beach late into the night, and Mizner Park is the center of Boca. Each one has the restaurants, bars and courtyards where a walk-in booth would see steady traffic.
Events here also tend to be dressed up. Country club weddings, charity galas and milestone birthdays are a big part of the calendar, and a classic enclosed booth fits those rooms better than a ring light on a tripod. That is why most of the booths you will see in the county today arrive for one night with a rental company and leave the next morning.
SmileMore wants to change that with a permanent booth in a busy Palm Beach County spot, run the same way as our booth at NSU: tap to pay, real prints in seconds, and serviced locally. Until then, Davie and Miami are your closest walk-in options, a rental covers your event, and venue owners can apply to host the first one.
Walk-in booths usually charge $5 to $10 a strip. SmileMore’s NSU booth is $7.99 for two strips, paid by card or tap.
A curtain or enclosure, prints on real photo paper, and no booking needed. A screen that only texts you a file is not a photo booth.
Book a rental four to eight weeks ahead for spring wedding and gala season, when weekends fill first.
We have not verified a public walk-in booth in the county yet. The closest are SmileMore’s booth at NSU in Davie, about 35 minutes south of Boca Raton, and the film booths in Miami.
Rental prices depend on the date, hours and venue. SmileMore gives one all-in quote, the same day, with unlimited prints, custom strips and an attendant included.
