Host a booth / Entertainment Venues

Axe, putt, sing, escape

Your Guests Just Won. Now Prove It.

A photo booth for entertainment venues gives every team, every bachelorette crew and every winning foursome a place to celebrate before they leave. Our crew sets up a real enclosed walk-in booth for free, runs it for you, and pays you a slice of every session it sells.

What changes

Every win deserves a victory photo

Axe throwing lanes, mini golf courses, escape rooms, golf entertainment bays and karaoke rooms all sell the same thing underneath: a group doing something together and walking out with a story. The booth gives that story a physical ending.

  • Escape room teams pose with their time. They beat the clock with a minute to spare, burst out of the room, and need somewhere to scream about it. The curtain is right there.
  • Axe throwers show off the bullseye. Friends who spent an hour trash talking pile onto the bench for the champion’s strip and the loser’s revenge pose.
  • Mini golf ends on the 19th hole. After the windmill and the clown mouth, families take a strip instead of tossing their pencils in a bin.
  • Karaoke crews keep the encore going. Between songs, a room full of off-key singers spills out for a strip, then heads back in to finish the power ballad.
  • Golf bays get a group moment. Office outings and birthday groups wrap up with a team photo that beats a blurry phone selfie in a dim bay.

Then the strip goes on a fridge, a constant reminder that somebody still owes somebody a rematch. People come back to settle it, and they bring someone new to the curtain.

Price of admission

Free. We pay for the booth, deliver it, install it, insure it, keep it in paper and handle any repair it ever needs.

Your cut

Each session pays you between 10% and 25%. We settle the exact number in writing before anyone signs, then pay monthly on the 1st with a report attached.

Safety net

The agreement runs 12 months, and the first 90 days are a trial. If the booth is not pulling its weight, we remove it without any removal fee.

How it fits

Right where the groups come out cheering

Put it where groups gather after the activity: outside the escape room exits, past the final hole, next to axe lane check-in, or in the lounge between karaoke rooms. Floor space? A roughly 5 by 5 foot corner near one outlet will do. Guests tap to pay, pick color or black and white, and walk away with two strips in roughly 90 seconds and a QR code for the digital version. Your game masters and lane coaches keep doing their jobs, and nobody on staff runs the booth or touches money. We keep an eye on it remotely and dispatch a local tech, usually same day, when anything needs attention.

We have not yet placed a photo booth for entertainment venues like yours, which means the first one gets bragging rights. Our live booth is on a college campus at NSU, where students paid for over 300 sessions during its debut month, with move-in week handing it a strong start. The full story is in the NSU case study, and our profit share explainer covers how the split works.

Best spot

Where the activity ends. Groups leaving an escape room or the final hole are still buzzing and still standing together, exactly when they want a photo.

Busiest moment

Friday and Saturday nights, when bachelorette parties, birthday groups and team outings stack up and everybody wants a winner’s strip.

Make it yours

We wrap the booth in your branding so it sits right beside your neon, your axes or your putting greens. Your venue’s name prints on every single strip.

Questions from entertainment venues

Your venue name prints on every strip. Groups love holding up a scoreboard, a handwritten sign or their best axe for the shot, and it makes the strip feel earned.

Give it roughly a 5 x 5 ft footprint near a regular outlet. The cabinet is roughly 55 in wide and rolls on casters, so it slides into tighter spaces than most expect.

Very much. Bachelorette parties, office teams and date nights tend to be the loudest people behind the curtain. Kids love it too, so it works across your whole calendar.

We do. Guests pay with a card or phone tap, we monitor the booth remotely, and a local crew usually fixes any problem that same day.
