Host a booth / Apartment Communities

For apartment communities

The Clubhouse Gets a Personality

A photo booth for apartment complexes gives residents a reason to use the clubhouse and gives prospects something to talk about after the tour. We install a real enclosed booth, brand it for your community and maintain it. It costs your property nothing, and a cut of every session goes to you.

What changes

Residents finally have a reason to hang out

Every community has a clubhouse with nice furniture that sits empty most evenings. Put a booth in the corner and it starts pulling people in. Neighbors who only nod at the mailbox end up sharing a bench, and your resident events suddenly have a centerpiece nobody has to set up.

  • Move-in day. New residents snap a first-day strip holding their keys, and it goes straight on the fridge.
  • Resident events. Taco night, holiday socials and watch parties get a built-in activity that runs itself.
  • Leasing tours. Prospects walk past a lit, branded booth and remember your community over the four others they toured that week.
  • Roommates and couples. Anniversaries, birthdays and lease renewals all become excuses for a strip.
  • Visiting family. Residents bring guests down to show off the clubhouse, and everyone leaves with a souvenir.

It is an amenity people actually use, and it never shows up in your operating budget. Need more ideas? Browse our list of unique apartment amenity ideas.

Cost to the property

None. The booth, delivery, installation, paper, insurance and repairs all come from us, so it adds an amenity without touching your capex or maintenance budget.

Revenue to the property

Your community earns between 10% and 25% on each session, and that figure goes in writing before the agreement is signed. Deposits come on the 1st with a monthly sales report.

If residents skip it

Twelve months is the term, with a 90-day trial up front. If it is gathering dust at day 90, we pick it up at no cost to you.

How it fits

Clubhouse, lobby or leasing office

Most communities put it in the clubhouse next to the coffee bar, or in the main lobby on the route to the mailroom. Leasing offices work too, since every prospect walks through. Make room for a 5 x 5 ft footprint beside a standard outlet. The booth is on casters and fits through a regular door, so your team can move it for a resident mixer in the fitness lounge. A photo booth for apartment complexes has to be easy on site staff, and this one is: residents pay on their own with a card or phone, your leasing team never handles money, and we monitor it remotely, refill paper and send a local crew who typically resolves issues before the day is out.

Real talk: we have yet to install in an apartment community. Our live booth operates on a college campus, not a residential property, and it ran past 300 paid sessions in its first month (move-in week did a lot of that work). Being the first community in South Florida with a branded booth in the clubhouse is a pretty great line for your next listing.

Best spot

The clubhouse, close to the coffee machine or the package lockers. Anywhere residents pass daily keeps it top of mind.

Busiest moment

Resident events and move-in weekends, when new neighbors are meeting for the first time and want something easy to do together.

Make it yours

Your community’s branding covers the cabinet, and the property name prints on every strip, which ends up on fridges and in group chats across the building.

Questions from apartment communities

Yes, per session, paid on the spot with a card or a phone tap. We agree on the guest price with your property during review so it suits your community.

No. We monitor it remotely, restock paper and handle repairs with a local crew. Your staff just tell residents where it is and enjoy the event photos.

It gives prospects something memorable to see. A branded booth in the clubhouse is the kind of detail that sticks with people when they compare communities later.

Send your community details, unit count and clubhouse layout through the host application. Each property’s traffic and space gets a close look, and we only accept a few at a time.
