A Quiet Flash in a Loud Room

A nightclub photo booth gives your crowd something the dance floor can’t: thirty seconds behind a curtain with their favorite people. It costs nothing to host. We bring the booth, run it remotely and pay your club a slice of each session, while your staff keeps its focus on the door and the bar.

What changes

Give the dance floor a backstage

Clubs are built for big energy, but people still crave a moment that belongs only to their group. A booth carves that out right inside the room, and it pulls people across the floor just to see what the glow is.

  • A private stage in a loud room. The curtain drops, the noise softens, and four friends get to be ridiculous with nobody watching. Then they step out and pass the strips around the table.
  • Souvenirs for the wristband era. Phones capture shaky videos nobody rewatches. A printed strip goes on the fridge, in a mirror frame, inside a passport cover. It outlasts the hangover by years.
  • Something to do between sets. When the DJ switches over or the floor thins out, the booth keeps people inside instead of drifting to the next venue down the street.
  • Bottle tables with a ritual. Groups celebrating something big want proof. Sending each table through the booth becomes part of how the night goes.
  • Your name on the morning after. The club’s name prints on every strip, and the QR copy lands in group chats before brunch.

Think of it as an attraction first. People walk over because it looks like fun, then stay close because their friends are still in line.

Your cost

Zero, from the cabinet to the install. Paper, insurance and every repair stay our problem, so the only thing your club donates is floor space and a plug.

Your cut

Your club keeps a percentage set between 10% and 25%, agreed in writing up front. Payment shows up on the 1st each month alongside a report of the sessions.

The escape hatch

We open with a 90-day trial inside a 12-month term. Not seeing results? We haul the booth away at no charge and leave the corner as we found it.

How it fits

Where it stands when the floor fills up

The best spot in a club sits near the flow but not in it: off the main walkway to the restrooms, beside a lounge section, or along a wall your security team can see. You need roughly a 5 x 5 ft footprint and one standard outlet. The booth takes payment by card or phone tap on its own, so no promoter or server has to babysit it, and nobody behind the bar handles its cash. We keep an eye on it from afar, reload the paper, and a crew based nearby can typically get there the day something goes wrong.

About proof: no club in South Florida has one of our booths yet. So the first venue to install a nightclub photo booth with us gets the bragging rights and our full attention. Our one running booth is in a student center at Nova Southeastern University, obviously a campus and a very different crowd. It cleared 300 paid sessions in month one and guests spent around $2,400, with move-in week doing much of the lifting. See how hosting works on the host program page.

Best spot

Off the path to the restrooms, where everyone passes at least twice a night and the illuminated topper catches eyes through the haze.

Peak hour

Just after midnight, when groups have arrived, claimed their tables and want a story to tell about the night before it blurs.

Branded for you

The cabinet gets wrapped in your club’s look, and your name rides out the door on every strip guests tuck into a clutch or wallet.

Questions from nightclubs

It runs itself. Guests pay at the screen, choose color or black and white, and walk out with two strips in roughly 90 seconds, so the line keeps moving without your team stepping in.

Insurance and repairs are on us. We watch the booth remotely, and when something breaks, our South Florida crew normally has it fixed before the next night.

Yes. The cabinet sits on casters and fits through a standard door, so shifting it for a live act or a private buyout is quick work.

No. Nobody on your team operates it or touches the money. Guests handle the whole thing at the screen, and we take care of paper and service.
