Boarding Pass, Then Four Poses

An airport photo booth turns the most boring hour of a trip into the first photo of the vacation. We supply a real enclosed walk-in booth, wrap it in your terminal’s branding and keep it running, all at no cost to the airport. Travelers pay at the booth, and the airport earns a share of every session.

What changes

The gate stops being a waiting room

Every traveler in your terminal has two things in common: time on their hands and a phone they are sick of looking at. A lit, curtained booth on the concourse gives them a reason to get up, and the strip they walk away with is the first keepsake of the trip.

  • Vacation kickoffs. Families heading to the cruise port or the theme parks squeeze in wearing matching shirts. The strip goes in the passport holder and comes home as the cover photo of the trip.
  • Long layovers. Connecting passengers with two hours to kill wander the concourse looking for anything to do. Ninety seconds behind a curtain beats another lap of the newsstand.
  • Delays that sting a little less. When a departure slips an hour, a booth near the gates turns a groan into something to laugh about.
  • Reunions at arrivals. Grandparents meeting a new grandkid, couples ending a long-distance stretch, sailors home on leave. Those hugs deserve better than a blurry phone shot.
  • Your name crosses borders. Every strip carries the airport’s name to dozens of cities, tucked in a carry-on.

It is an attraction that fits a place people already have to be, which is why it gets used.

What the airport pays

Nothing. We provide and insure the booth, deliver and install it, stock the paper and handle every repair. You provide the floor space and power.

What the airport earns

A percentage between 10% and 25% of each session, locked into the contract ahead of time. Payment goes out on the 1st of every month, with a sales report attached.

If it doesn't fly

Twelve-month term, first 90 days as a trial. If travelers ignore it, we take it out at our own cost and the space goes back to you.

How it fits

Post-security, near the gates or at arrivals

The strongest spots are past security near a cluster of gates, in a food court seating area, or in the arrivals hall where greeters wait for flights. Floor space is modest for a terminal (call it a 5 by 5 foot patch with an outlet), and casters let it travel through ordinary doors, so it can shift during a renovation or a holiday display. Travelers pay by card or phone tap, which suits international visitors who never changed money. Nobody on your staff or concessions team runs it. We monitor it remotely, keep paper loaded, and dispatch a nearby tech, often within hours, if anything misbehaves. We know airports place vendors through a concessions process, and we are glad to work inside it.

Straight up: we have never installed at an airport. The only booth we run today stands in a Davie student center at Nova Southeastern, where a college crowd paid for more than 300 sessions during its first month (the move-in rush accounted for plenty). Read it as proof that people seek a booth out rather than a forecast for a terminal. The first South Florida airport with one gets a genuinely new amenity. Start with how hosting works.

Best spot

Between a busy gate cluster and the nearest food court, where travelers stretch their legs and can see the topper glowing from their seats.

Busiest moment

Holiday travel weeks and spring break, when families with kids fill the concourse and every delay creates a crowd with time to spare.

Make it yours

The cabinet takes on your airport’s branding, and every strip carries the airport’s name out of Florida in somebody’s passport.

Questions from airports

Yes. Any card or tap-to-pay phone works, no dollars required, and the screen leans on pictures more than words.

We expect it to. Airports lease space their own way, and we are happy to follow your concessions or vendor process from the start.

It needs only a corner about 5 x 5 ft and sits off the walkway. A full session wraps in roughly a minute and a half, so the line clears fast.

We monitor remotely and send a local technician when needed. We will follow your badging and access rules for anyone who services it.
