Host a booth / Restaurants

For restaurant owners

Where Dinner Gets a Photo Finish

A photo booth for restaurants turns the walk to the door into one last highlight. We install a real enclosed booth near your entrance or waiting area, free to host, and handle every bit of upkeep. Guests pay at the booth, you collect a share each month, and your dining room gets a new talking point.

What changes

The room changes when there's a curtain in it

Good restaurants already host celebrations. A booth gives those celebrations somewhere to go once the plates are cleared, and it gives people a reason to choose you for the next one.

  • The anniversary table. A couple who has been coming for years finally gets a keepsake from the place they love. Two strips, one for each wallet.
  • The big family Sunday. Grandparents, cousins, a toddler on a lap. Getting everyone into one frame is chaos, and that chaos is exactly why they’ll talk about it.
  • The birthday after the candle. The cake moment ends fast. Then the whole table squeezes onto the bench, and the party gets a second act.
  • The Friday wait. Guests standing near the host stand on a packed night find something to do besides checking the time.
  • The post that brings strangers. Strips with your name get photographed and shared, which reads like a personal invitation to friends of your guests.

Want the bigger picture? We wrote about how to make your restaurant Instagrammable, and a booth is one of the simplest moves on that list.

What you pay

No fee of any kind. We supply the booth and cover delivery, installation, paper, insurance and repairs. Your part is a small corner and an ordinary wall outlet.

What comes back

A percentage of every session, landing between 10% and 25% and settled in the contract before signing. It’s paid on the first of each month, report attached.

If guests ignore it

Every agreement runs 12 months but begins with a 90-day trial period. Should the numbers disappoint, we pick the booth up free and you get the corner back.

How it fits

Placement that never crowds a server

In a restaurant the booth belongs where guests pause, not where food travels. Think the entry vestibule, the corner by the host stand, or the end of a hallway leading to the restrooms. Give it about 5 x 5 ft and a standard outlet, well clear of the kitchen path. Your servers never explain it, never run a card for it, and never clear a paper jam. Guests tap to pay, pose, and walk out with prints. We monitor everything from our side, refill paper, and send a local tech, usually within the day, if something acts up.

Honest note: we haven’t placed a booth in a restaurant yet, so the first dining room to sign gets to be the local original. Our only live machine runs inside a campus building at NSU in Davie, not a restaurant. During its first month, students and families paid for over 300 sessions and spent roughly $2,400, helped along heavily by move-in week. To estimate what your own traffic might produce, try our earnings calculator.

Best spot

Near the entrance and visible from the dining room, so tables notice the glowing topper during dinner and plan their visit for after dessert.

Busiest moment

The end of the meal on weekend nights, when celebrating tables are relaxed, happy and in no hurry to leave.

Make it yours

Wrapped in your restaurant’s colors and logo, with your name printed on each strip, the booth looks like it was part of the original design.

Questions from restaurants

The cabinet is wrapped in your colors and logo, and the curtain and illuminated topper keep it looking like a deliberate feature rather than an arcade machine.

It is an enclosed booth with a curtain, so the action happens inside. Guests step in, take four poses, and step out with strips a minute and a half later.

Plan about 5 x 5 ft plus one standard outlet. The Classic cabinet measures roughly 55 inches wide and 29 inches deep, and it rolls through a normal door.

We do. Restocking paper is our job, we monitor the booth from our end, and if anything needs hands-on attention, a local crew generally takes care of it that same day.
