The Sweetest Corner in Town

A dessert shop photo booth matches the mood of a place people already visit to celebrate small things. We install a real enclosed booth, free to host, and handle every repair and paper roll. Families, couples and after-dinner crowds pay at the booth, and your shop takes a share of each session.

What changes

Turn a quick treat into a family outing

Ice cream, frozen custard, donuts, a slice of cake from the bakery case. People rarely buy dessert alone, and they almost never buy it in a bad mood. A booth plugs right into that happy energy and gives families one more reason to choose your counter.

  • Kids with sticky fingers. Parents want a picture of the chocolate mustache. The booth gets everyone in one frame and prints two strips, one for the fridge and one for grandma.
  • The after-dinner date. Couples stroll over for something sweet. Four poses behind a curtain make the night feel like a real outing, not just a stop.
  • The team celebration. Little league wins and recital nights end at the dessert counter. Squeezing the whole team onto the bench is the second celebration.
  • The summer regulars. Families who come every week start collecting strips through the season, and kids start begging to visit “the booth place.”
  • A line that moves happily. When it’s busy, people waiting at the counter watch friends pile out of the curtain laughing, and suddenly they want a turn too.

Your shop’s name prints on every strip, which means your logo ends up on refrigerators all over the neighborhood.

Cost to you

Not a cent. Booth, delivery, install, paper, repairs and insurance are all included on our side. You just set aside a corner and one plug.

Money you make

Your shop keeps 10% to 25% of every session, a percentage agreed on paper ahead of signing. We pay on the 1st of the month with a full report.

If it fizzles

The 12-month term opens with a 90-day trial window. Not working for your shop? We remove the booth without charging you a thing.

How it fits

Fits beside the freezer case, runs itself

Dessert shops often have a seating nook or a corner near the entrance that works well. Plan on a 5 x 5 ft footprint with a plug nearby, ideally where parents in line can see it. Casters underneath let it roll through any standard doorway, so rearranging for a seasonal display is simple. Your counter staff never stop scooping to help: guests tap a card or phone right at the booth, pick color or black and white, and get their strips in about 90 seconds. We watch it remotely, keep paper stocked, and a local crew typically handles repairs that day.

No sweet shop has a SmileMore booth yet. The first one gets to be the dessert shop photo booth everyone in town talks about. Our only booth in operation is at Nova Southeastern University, a campus with a student crowd rather than a scoop shop. During its opening month it sold more than 300 sessions and took in roughly $2,400 from guests, though move-in week gave it a strong push. More on how earnings work is in our profit share guide.

Best spot

Near the seating area or the front window, where families finishing their cones can wander over without blocking the counter line.

Busiest moment

Summer evenings and weekend afternoons, when families stop in after dinner or a game and are happy to linger a little longer.

Make it yours

We wrap the booth in your shop’s look, logo included, and your name runs along the bottom of every strip a kid carries home.

Questions from dessert shops

The on-screen flow is simple: four poses behind a curtain. Parents pay by card or phone tap, and the strips print in about 90 seconds, which suits short attention spans.

Repairs are on us. We keep an eye on the booth remotely, and our local crew usually sorts out any issue the same day.

No. The booth takes payments itself, and your team never handles its money. We refill paper and monitor it so your counter can focus on scooping.

If you can spare a roughly 5 x 5 ft corner near an outlet, it may fit. We study traffic and space before every placement and only take a few venues at a time.
