Your Bar's New Favorite Corner

A photo booth for bars is the rare addition that pulls people across the room on purpose. It is free to host: we roll a real enclosed booth into your corner, keep it running, and send you a cut of every session. You pour the drinks. The curtain handles the rest.

What changes

What a booth does to a bar night

Bars run on reasons. A new tap, a game on the big screen, a friend who just got promoted. A booth hands people one more reason to pick your place, and it works on nights when nothing else is going on.

  • The Tuesday that needs a reason. Slow weeknights get a small event without you booking a DJ. Regulars drag along the coworker who has never been in, just to cram onto that bench.
  • The birthday group. Eight people, one seat, a lot of shoving. They leave with strips in their wallets and your name printed across the bottom of each one.
  • The last-call moment. Right before the lights come up, someone always says “one more picture.” That final strip becomes the souvenir of the whole night.
  • The first date. Two nervous people get something to do besides stare at the cocktail list. It breaks the ice faster than a second round.
  • The camera roll. Every QR download and tag puts your logo in front of friends who weren’t out with them yet, and next weekend they might be.

None of this asks your bartenders to learn anything new. Looking for more ways to fill a slow night? Our bar promotion ideas pair well with a booth in the corner.

What it costs you

Nothing. The booth, delivery, setup, paper, repairs and insurance are on us. You give up one corner and one outlet, and that is the whole bill.

What you earn

Somewhere between 10% and 25% of each session, with your exact rate written into the agreement before you sign. A deposit and a sales report arrive on the 1st.

If it flops

The first 90 days of the 12-month agreement are a trial. If the booth isn’t pulling its weight by then, we roll it out ourselves and you owe nothing.

How it fits

Where it goes and who runs it

Most bars have a spot that never quite works: the dead end past the restrooms, the nook by the pool table, the wall near the back door. Plan about 5 x 5 ft and one standard outlet. The cabinet rolls on casters through a normal door, so moving it for a band or a private party takes minutes. Guests tap a card or phone at the booth, which means your staff never makes change or troubleshoots a printer. We watch it remotely, restock paper, and a local crew usually sorts out any hiccup the same day.

Straight talk: we have not put a booth in a South Florida bar yet. That makes the first one a story, and we would like it to be yours. Our only live booth sits in a university center at NSU in Davie, a campus rather than a bar. Its opening month logged more than 300 paid sessions and close to $2,400 in guest spending, a lot of that during move-in week, so read it as an early signal and not a forecast. The full write-up lives in our NSU case study.

Best spot

A corner visible from the bar rail but out of the service path. People should see the topper glowing from their stool and wander over.

Busiest moment

Late evening, two drinks in, when groups stop debating where to go next and start looking for something to do right here.

Make it yours

We wrap the cabinet in your colors and logo, and your bar’s name prints on every strip that leaves the building in somebody’s pocket.

Questions from bars

No. Guests pay at the booth by card or phone tap and run the whole session themselves. Your team never touches the money, the paper or the screen.

Often, yes. The footprint is roughly a 5 x 5 ft corner plus one outlet. We look at your traffic and space first, since we only take on a handful of venues at once.

Spills come with the territory. Repairs are covered on our side, we keep tabs on the booth remotely, and our nearby technicians can usually be there the day it happens.

We settle it together during the review, based on your crowd. Your percentage of every session, anywhere from 10% to 25%, is fixed in writing before signing.
